The work
Our ambition for Copernicus™ reaches across regulated industries. Right now, we’re focusing on military and civilian trades: apprenticeships, Red Seal preparation and the challenge pathway for eligible experienced workers. Powered by ReadyEngine™, it brings learning and assessment together to show what someone understands, where they need practice and how ready they are for the next step. The aim is to help people progress sooner and approach assessment with greater confidence. Trades outcomes remain to be tested; eligibility and certification stay with the responsible authorities.
