Projects

What I’m working on.

Business. Community.
A few ideas still taking shape.

These are the projects I’m putting my time and curiosity into. Open a card for the story, then follow it to the people and work behind it.

We Know TrainingEveryone a builder.

Business / Learning to build with AI

We Know Training

Making our company AI-native, with every person learning to improve the company as a product.

More about this

I’m learning alongside our team: how to develop, use and create with AI, and how to give everyone a part in engineering better ways to work. The goals are better efficiency, a better customer experience and stronger learning outcomes. This is an ongoing transformation, not a finished claim.

National infrastructure / Trust

Oliu® & the National Credential Network

A Canadian network for credentials people can carry and others can trust, with the Canadian Credential Trust Alliance taking shape.

More about this

I’ve worked toward this for 15 years. Technology is bringing the possibility within reach: a verifiable credential that follows its holder, and a network that can check it. Alongside Oliu®, we’re working on the creation of the Canadian Credential Trust Alliance (CCTA), an independent not-for-profit intended to govern the trust network. Its formation is part of the work ahead. Alongside the trades learning work in Copernicus, the ambition is a more connected Canadian economy: people able to build their skills and carry trusted evidence of them.

Future learning platform / Trades first

Copernicus

The future learning platform for our company. Starting with a Canadian priority: helping more people find their way into—and through—the trades.

More about this

Our ambition for Copernicus reaches across regulated industries. Right now, we’re focusing on military and civilian trades: apprenticeships, Red Seal preparation and the challenge pathway for eligible experienced workers. Powered by ReadyEngine™, it brings learning and assessment together to show what someone understands, where they need practice and how ready they are for the next step. The aim is to help people progress sooner and approach assessment with greater confidence. Trades outcomes remain to be tested; eligibility and certification stay with the responsible authorities.

Personal AI / Building by using it

KayOS™ & Second Brain

A lifelong personal information vault, and Kay as my AI chief of staff. This is where I’m putting the idea to work.

More about this

The ambition is useful context and better follow-through across work, family and community. This website is the public starting point. The private KayOS™ experience, approved access for trusted people and public conversations with Kay are the next pieces to bring together.

Community / Looking ahead to 2027

D-Day 2027 · Montreal Gala

A Montreal gathering in support of the Juno Beach Centre. One of the next projects I’m working on.

More about this

As president of the Juno Beach Centre Association, I’m focusing this project on the D-Day 2027 Montreal Gala and bringing people together in support of the Centre. I’ll share more as plans take shape. For now, explore the remembrance and education work behind the occasion.

Still taking shape

Chris’s big idea??

There’s another idea taking shape. Maybe the next one is something we build together.

More about this

I’m always looking for people who see a possibility and want to make it happen. If something here sparks an idea, let’s compare notes—and perhaps partner on what comes next.
